1979 - Conservation Store
The first version of The Conservation Store was opened in our offices at Bathurst & Dupont St., with a focus mainly on home energy conservation. In 1983 a full-scale effort was launched in a 5,000 sq. ft. location on Lawrence Ave. in North Toronto. This retail outlet was the leading source of environmental products and services, and the first home of home energy audits in Toronto.
