2006 - WHTP
With the participation of schools, neighbourhood associations, places of worship, workplaces, and residents, the We Have The Power pilot program was a great success. More than 1,000 people signed up and more than 300 people went online to take the We Have The Power pledge to reduce their individual energy consumption.
